A concert tour across borders in the North

In February 2026, folk musicians from Norway, Finland and Sweden come together for Jos voisin laulaa kuin lintunen — a concert tour presenting traditional music from the North.

Rooted in Kven, Finnish and Meänkieli traditions, the music brings together songs and melodies that have travelled across borders and generations.

The tour visits several locations in Northern Norway, with the final concert taking place in Oulu, Finland, offering intimate live performances where shared heritage and musical dialogue are at the centre.
